I am a licensed psychotherapist and I can help you with short term interventions for immediate relief while we work to heal the deeper roots of issues. I have many years of experience in clinics and in my private practice providing individual therapy. My job experience also includes directing a mental health facility for those with severe and persistent mental illness and working with adults and youth at drug addiction treatment facilities. I am currently the clinical manager at an IOP/PHP clinic. Before entering the therapy field, I was the Garden Director at Santa Cruz’s Homeless Garden Project.
